People, Culture and Recruitment Specialist – Up to €46k DOE - Dublin 22

Your new role

As an HR Project & Recruitment Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting HR operations and talent acquisition while contributing to critical HR projects. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract offering full-time hours and an opportunity to work on impactful initiatives within a dynamic environment.


Your responsibilities
  • Act as HRIS tester for the implementation of a new HR system and support post-go-live training.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with GDPR and conduct data quality audits.
  • Support HR projects, including policy updates, process optimisation, and onboarding enhancements.
  • Prepare change communications and assist with adoption across teams.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Partner with hiring managers to ensure quality hiring decisions aligned with business needs.
  • Assist with HR administration, including benefits management, absence tracking, and policy updates.
  • Ensure compliance with HR standards and support audits and reporting requirements


What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment and HR project delivery, ideally within financial services or a regulated industry.
  • Degree in HR or a related discipline.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS systems (MHR and/or SuccessFactors is an advantage).
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
