Your new role

As a People and Culture Specialist, you will join a collaborative HR team and report to the People and Culture Business Partner. This is a full-time, 6-month fixed-term contract at Grade 14 level. You will be responsible for managing the employee lifecycle, supporting recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, HR systems, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment law and regulatory standards.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 3 years’ HR administrative experience, ideally within financial services or another regulated industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices.
  • Experience with HRIS administration and advanced Excel skills.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • CIPD qualification or working towards membership (preferred).
  • Degree in HR or a related discipline.
  • Experience managing Fitness & Probity processes (desirable but not essential).
