Payroll co-ordinator – Permanent role – Great room to grow – central Dublin - €45,000

Your new company

This global tech company have been on a growth path over the past years. Having substantially grown in headcount in their Dublin office in recent years, they are seeking to hire a Payroll co-ordinator for a newly created role, to assist with the processing of payroll and co-ordination of the external payroll provider. This company are centrally located in Dublin, with other offices across the globe.

Your new role

You will be responsible for ensuring accurate payroll processing and liaising with both internal managers and staff, and external bureau to address any queries or issues relating to payroll. You will oversee all benefit-in-kind admin, including health cover and pension admin, and ensure accurate and timely processing. You will work with staff across the Irish business to address queries relating to deductions or other payroll-related issues. You will also provide in-depth reports on payroll for both HR and finance, and work closely with your colleagues in Dublin and the UK.



What you'll need to succeed

To be considered, applicants must have :

  • A minimum of 3+ years experience working within the Irish payroll – this is a newly created and key advisory role. Applicants without ample Irish payroll experience will not be the right fit for this particular role.
  • Previous experience working with health cover admin and pension admin
  • Knowledge of "my future fund" pension auto-enrolemnt an advantage.

Desirable :
  • Previous experience implementing payroll processes, systems or moving a payroll from an external provider to an in-house processing model.
  • IPASS qualified, or working towards this.
