This well-known retail industry client are seeking a payroll specialist to join their central Dublin office. With a strong collaborative culture and office environment, they are considered an excellent place to work.

This role is a 6-month contract to start.
To be considered, you must have worked in Irish payroll processing and have strong knowledge of payroll legislation, pension and auto- enrollment.

Your new role

You will be tasked with :

• Payroll processing for up to 500 employees on a weekly and monthly basis
• Provide in depth reports on key areas relating to payroll
• Starter and leaver admin
• Payroll deduction calculation
• Assisting with query resolution for staff
• Work with the external payroll provider to ensure accuracy
• Work closely with HR and finance on key areas & More

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered, you must have :

• 4+ years experience in payroll with experience processing Irish and NI Payroll
• IPASS Qualified or studying towards
• Exposure to hourly rate or casual worker payroll
• TMS system experience
• Ability to work well on your own initiative
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Exposure to SNOW system an advantage
