Your new role

As Payroll Specialist, you’ll manage end-to-end payroll processing for the company’s Irish operations, ensuring timely and accurate payment for employees across manufacturing, R&D, and corporate functions. You’ll work closely with HR and Finance to maintain compliance with Irish payroll legislation, handle audits, and support system upgrades. The role offers a hybrid working model and exposure to global payroll projects.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2+ years’ experience in payroll, ideally within pharma, biotech, or regulated industries
• Strong understanding of Irish payroll legislation and Revenue requirements
• Experience with payroll systems such as SAP, Workday, or Micropay
• IPASS qualification or working towards it
• High attention to detail, discretion, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
