Your new role

As an experienced Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll processes for a large and complex workforce. Your duties will include ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, handling payroll queries, and working closely with HR and Finance teams to deliver accurate and timely payroll services.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in payroll processing within a large organisation (banking or financial services experience is a plus).
• Strong knowledge of Irish payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in payroll systems and MS Excel.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
