Your new role

You will be responsible for the end-to-end processing of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls for a portfolio of clients within our Payroll Bureau. This includes managing all payroll changes such as new hires, employee departures, amendments, and tax credit downloads, as well as preparing and submitting bank payment files. You will also generate and verify payroll reports to ensure accuracy before they are shared with clients.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will hold a qualification from the Irish Payroll Association (IPASS) or an equivalent body, with a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience in a payroll environment. We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic and confident in managing payroll processes, with strong IT skills—particularly in payroll systems and email communication tools. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential, along with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to learn. A positive, solution-focused attitude is key to thriving in this role and contributing to a supportive team environment.
