The business is expanding its payroll function to support a growing workforce and ensure compliance across multiple jurisdictions. As Payroll Officer, you will manage end-to-end payroll processing for Ireland, the UK, and the Netherlands, while coordinating shadow payrolls in several European countries. Responsibilities include onboarding and offboarding employees, maintaining payroll records, processing statutory payments (SPP, SMP, SSP, student loans, attachments of earnings, etc.), and liaising directly with HMRC and Revenue. You will also manage pension enrolments, produce payroll journals for finance integration, prepare audit-ready reports, and act as the first point of contact for employee payroll queries. The role covers approximately 150–180 employees.
