Your new role
You will join a dynamic team on a 12-month contract to support the delivery of accurate and timely payroll services. Your main duties will include:

  • Process multiple weekly and monthly payrolls
  • Collate timesheets, reconcile hours, and manage holiday entitlements
  • Coordinate time and attendance processes within TMS, including absence tracking
  • Manage new hires, leavers, and payroll adjustments
  • Respond to employee payroll queries in a professional and timely manner
  • Process statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP) in line with legislation
  • Ensure compliance with SOX controls and company payroll procedures
  • Maintain strong knowledge of payroll legislation, pensions, BIK, and deductions
  • Work closely with external payroll provider (CORE)
  • Liaise with Revenue and third-party providers as required

What you'll need to succeed

  • IPASS qualification (essential)
  • Previous Irish payroll experience (essential)
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Intermediate Excel skills (formatting, data validation, analysis)
  • Strong team player with the ability to use own initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills
