Your new role
This role involves processing invoices, payments, and expenses in multiple currencies, managing VAT, VIES, and Intrastat filings, performing bank reconciliations, and maintaining the general ledger. You will also prepare monthly management accounts and liaise with auditors on year-end accounts.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified or Part-Qualified Accountant with experience using accounting software and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel. You should be a high-energy individual with excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail. Key attributes include efficient work methods, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, and strong interpersonal skills. Industry experience is beneficial, but candidates from SME accountancy practices may also be considered.
