Part II Architect – Limerick

Your new role
What you'll need to succeed
- You will hold a relevant Part II qualification in Architecture or recently achieved Part III status with RIAI.
- Ideally 6+ years' post-graduate architectural experience.
- Strong design, presentation, and technical detailing skills.
- Proficiency in Revit
- Experience preparing planning, tender, and construction documentation.
- Strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations and planning processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage workloads effectively and work independently when required.
- Experience across residential, particularly mid to high density residential projects as this is the focus of the current pipeline of work. Commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects would be advantageous.
