Your new role

They are seeking an experienced Part II Architect or recently qualified Part III Architect to join its growing Limerick team.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious architectural professional looking to further develop their career within a highly respected design practice. You will work closely with senior architects and multidisciplinary teams across a broad range of projects from concept design through planning, technical development, and construction stages.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a diverse project portfolio, including residential, commercial, hospitality, and mixed-use developments.
As part of a growing regional office, you will have the opportunity to play a key role in project delivery while remaining fully integrated with the Dublin based team.


What you'll need to succeed

  • You will hold a relevant Part II qualification in Architecture or recently achieved Part III status with RIAI.
  • Ideally 6+ years' post-graduate architectural experience.
  • Strong design, presentation, and technical detailing skills.
  • Proficiency in Revit
  • Experience preparing planning, tender, and construction documentation.
  • Strong understanding of Irish Building Regulations and planning processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage workloads effectively and work independently when required.
  • Experience across residential, particularly mid to high density residential projects as this is the focus of the current pipeline of work. Commercial, hospitality, or mixed-use projects would be advantageous.
