Your new role
As an OD Executive, you will support the overall function of HR and Organisational Development, specifically in the delivery of a number of strategic activities in line with the overall organisational strategy. You will assist with the development of new policies and undertake a review of existing policies and procedures. You will be responsible for ensuring that the company values and culture are at the heart of Organisational Development activity.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to succeed in your new role, you will have organisational development experience, particularly around change management and developing organisational culture. You must have a full driver's licence and be open to working on a fixed-term contract. Learning and Development skills, particularly management development and talent management, are essential.
