You’ll be responsible for managing a wide range of operational tasks related to contract activations, orders, lease and claims, and invoice processing. The role has a strong focus on compliance, particularly around AML and regulatory reporting, and involves close coordination with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and execution—especially around month-end activities such as tax processing and payouts.
You’ll also play a key role in supporting a major systems transformation project, helping to streamline operations and transition from legacy platforms to more agile, retail-focused systems.

You’ll join a collaborative and execution-focused team with a strong culture. Reporting to a senior leader, you’ll work alongside one other experienced team member in a role. The team is known for its structured approach, proactive mindset, and ability to work cross-functionally.
The role is based in Dublin with a hybrid working model—two days onsite, with flexibility depending on meetings.
What you'll need to succeed
- A solid background in finance or banking, with a strong understanding of AML and central bank regulatory requirements.
- Experience in a highly regulated environment with a focus on compliance.
- Excellent planning and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively.
- Strong common sense, attention to detail, and a proactive work ethic.
- Comfort working across multiple teams and systems, especially during periods of change and transformation.
