Operations Process Manager - FTC 1 year - Dublin West

What you'll be working on
In your new role, you’ll lead process change and optimisation initiatives across a busy operations function, working closely with transformation and IT teams to streamline systems, reduce manual effort, and enhance customer and business outcomes. From mapping current processes to championing automation and digital solutions (including RPA), you’ll be the operational voice in a fast-paced transformation programme.
You’ll also:
  • Develop and deliver a roadmap for operational change and productivity.
  • Act as the key operations lead on system transformation projects.
  • Ensure compliance and regulatory alignment in all process changes.
  • Support user acceptance testing and post-implementation reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business needs are met.

Who you'll be working for
You’ll join a well-established financial services business with a strong customer base and a reputation for innovation. The company is currently undergoing a major transformation, shifting from legacy systems to more agile, digital-first platforms. You’ll be part of a newly formed transformation office, working alongside experienced professionals who are passionate about change and continuous improvement. You will act as a key partner to senior leadership, ensuring operational needs are embedded in all change initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
  • A background in business operations, ideally within financial services.
  • Strong experience in change and transformation, with a Lean Six Sigma or similar qualification.
  • Ability to bridge the gap between business and IT—translating operational needs into technical solutions.
  • Experience with process automation, digital tools, and system testing.
  • A structured, proactive mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements in a financial context.
What you'll get in return
  • Hybrid working model: 2 days on-site (with flexibility depending on business needs).
  • Potential to shape future operations.
  • Work with a team that values innovation, execution, and continuous improvement.
  • Competitive benefits including bonus, pension, and more (aligned with FTC terms).
