Your new company

Your new company is a Semi-State Body based in Dublin. The company is growing and looking for you to join them on a full-time, permanent basis. The organisation is conveniently located and easily accessible via public transport.

Your new role

As office manager, you will oversee the daily office operations and administrative functions. You will also be responsible for supervising and supporting the receptionists. You will manage relationships with vendors, service providers and building management. You will be responsible for organising meetings along with monitoring and managing office budgets, invoices and expense reporting for office-related costs.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to succeed in your new role, you must have recent and relevant experience in an office manager position. You must also have supervisor experience, along with people management and leadership skills. You must have advanced proficiency in MS Office suites.
