Your new company


Our client is a well-established organisation based in Ennis, Co. Clare, known for its supportive team environment and commitment to excellence. Due to increased workload, they are seeking an Office Administrator to join their team immediately on a temporary basis, with the potential to move into a permanent role.

Your new role


As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing day-to-day office administration tasks
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence
  • Scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
  • Preparing reports and documentation
  • Supporting data entry and record management
  • Assisting with ad-hoc tasks as required

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in office administration or a similar role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Immediate availability to start
