Here at Hays Life Sciences, our Lab Services Provider in Limerick is hiring a Microbiology Analyst – validation.

The main responsibilities will include validating microbiology methods, including Microbial Limit Test for Pharmaceutical products.

Your new role

• To perform routine and non-routine analysis, as requested by the laboratory.
• To prepare and approve results for tests in which they are deemed competent.
• To be aware of customer's requirements and should strive to meet those requirements, keeping in mind the cycle is not complete until the customer has obtained their report.
• To deal with customer queries and telephone significant results to customers.
• To keep up to date with any technological or method revisions in their area, ensuring their training is complete and adjusting their work as required.

What you'll need to succeed

• A degree in microbiology or a related discipline
• At least 2 years experience in a GMP laboratory
• Experience with MLT, MLTV, PET, PETV
• Micro Validation experience required
