- Membership of CIBSE or an equivalent professional body, or clear progress toward full membership
- Chartered Engineer status or working toward chartership
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with clients, colleagues and collaborators
- Broad industry experience and strong technical knowledge of building services design
- Genuine interest in low‑energy design, environmental performance, passive solutions and renewable technologies
- Ability to provide informed insights on sustainable building design and performance
- Experience using front‑end environmental modelling tools such as IES
- Proficiency in CAD software and readiness to develop Revit‑based design capabilities
- A track record of delivering successful projects across multiple sectors
- A proactive, positive and solutions‑focused approach, with strong professional ethics and accountability
What You Get in Return
- Our client also offers an excellent development pathway, including mentoring, CPD opportunities, and access to an online learning platform.
- You can expect a competitive salary and benefits package, including profit‑sharing, flexible benefits, medical cover, life insurance and enhanced family‑friendly policies.
- A hybrid working model is in place, along with a vibrant programme of social, sporting and wellbeing events.
