Your new role

• Planning and executing creative marketing campaigns and promotional events
• Managing the company’s websites and social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
• Producing engaging content including videos and imagery for product promotions
• Coordinating customer satisfaction surveys and managing feedback
• Overseeing CRM segmentation and reporting to support targeted marketing
• Supporting the sales team with CRM processes and reporting
• Liaising with brand partners on campaigns, sponsorships, and materials
• Managing newsletters, brochures, and event participation
• Tracking marketing budgets and claiming financial support from suppliers
• Reporting on KPIs, campaign performance, and marketing activity

What you'll need to succeed

• A marketing qualification and 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Strong digital marketing and content creation skills
• Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Experience with CRM systems and reporting
• A proactive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to work under pressure
