Maintenance Project Manager required on Site €80,000 - €95,000 (DOE) + Excellent Benefits Package

Your New Company
Our client is seeking an experienced Maintenance Project Manager to oversee facilities maintenance operations, contractor performance, and project delivery across client sites. This role will act as the key liaison between clients, service providers, and internal teams, ensuring all maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.

Reporting To
Facilities Division Manager

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee maintenance projects, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates and resolving maintenance-related issues.
  • Monitor budgets, quotations, purchase orders, and project costs to ensure financial control.
  • Conduct site inspections and coordinate reactive, planned, and additional works.
  • Lead client meetings and provide regular progress reports on maintenance activities.
  • Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety standards, including contractor management and RAMS reviews.
  • Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers to support efficient project delivery.
  • Participate in the emergency call-out rota and support critical facilities incidents when required.

What You Will Need to Succeed
  • Qualification in Facilities Management, Building Services, Construction Management, Property Management, Engineering, or a related discipline is desirable.
  • Previous experience in facilities management, building maintenance, property services, or construction environments.
  • Good understanding of mechanical and electrical building systems.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including occasional out-of-hours support when required.
  • Excellent organisational and planning abilities, with a structured approach to problem-solving.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions.
  • Proven experience managing multiple contractors and service providers across hard services disciplines.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Effective presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Full clean driving licence and access to own transport.
