Your New Company
Our client is a leading provider of mechanical contracting and facilities maintenance services. It specialises in the design, supply, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems across a wide range of sectors, including commercial, industrial, pharmaceutical, and retail. The company offers end-to-end solutions, from initial concept and design through to full installation and ongoing support.

Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and emergency plumbing maintenance across commercial and/or residential properties.
  • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues including leaks, blockages, and faulty fixtures.
  • Install, maintain, and repair piping systems, fixtures, and other plumbing equipment.
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety and building codes.
  • Collaborate with other trades and contractors to complete projects efficiently and safely.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each job.
  • Respond promptly to service calls and provide excellent customer service.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours emergency repairs.
  • Recommend improvements or upgrades to plumbing systems when appropriate.


What You Will Need to Succeed
  • Trade Qualified Plumber
  • Valid Safe pass
  • Manual Handling Certificate
  • Boiler experience is advantageous
