Maintenance Coordinator - Dublin City - €35,000 - €40,000 – Excellent Benefits Package

Your New Company
Our client is a rapidly growing real estate organisation based in Dublin that specialises in acquiring, refurbishing, and delivering high‑quality residential properties, with a strong focus on social and community housing across Ireland. They work directly with property owners, local authorities and investors, acquiring properties in need of refurbishment and bringing them up to exceptional standards through ESG‑aligned upgrades and full compliance with building and fire regulations.

Your New Role
In this role, you will play a central part in ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across a diverse residential property portfolio. You will coordinate contractors, schedule maintenance works, ensure compliance standards are met, and support the delivery of high‑quality housing solutions for tenants and partners.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the main point of contact for maintenance queries across the residential portfolio.
  • Schedule, assign and track planned and reactive maintenance works.
  • Liaise with contractors, suppliers and local authorities to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain maintenance logs, compliance documentation and property records.
  • Monitor issues, prioritise urgent repairs, and ensure swift resolution.
  • Assist with property inspections, reporting defects and following up on remedial works.
  • Support refurbishment projects by coordinating access, timelines, and contractor activity.
  • Ensure all work meets building regulations, safety standards and company quality expectations.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the maintenance and facilities function.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to support continuous growth of the portfolio.


What You Will Need to Succeed
  • Previous experience in a maintenance coordination, property management, facilities, or administrative support role.
  • Property Management experience is beneficial.
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills, comfortable handling multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills for dealing with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage workloads efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property/maintenance management systems.
  • A problem‑solver with strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
  • Understanding of property maintenance, building compliance, or facilities processes is an advantage.
