Our client is a well‑established property maintenance company providing repair and refurbishment services across a wide portfolio of houses and apartment buildings. They are looking for an experienced and reliable Maintenance Carpenter to carry out day‑to‑day repairs, planned works, and small refurbishments.

Your new role

• Carry out a wide range of carpentry repairs in houses and apartments
• Complete tasks such as door hanging, skirting, architraves, flooring, kitchen repairs, and general woodwork
• Respond to maintenance requests and diagnose issues on site
• Assist with minor multi‑trade tasks where required (basic plastering, patch repairs, sealing, etc.)

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Maintenance Carpenter or similar role
• Strong carpentry skills with the ability to complete high‑quality repairs
• Ability to carry out minor multi‑trade tasks (advantageous)
• Full driving licence (required)
• Own tools (advantageous depending on client requirements)
