Logistics Administrator – Up to €38k DOE - Dublin 22

Your new role
You will join a dynamic and supportive logistics team as a Logistics Administrator, working closely with the Logistics Manager to manage the inward and outward flow of IT hardware at a Dublin-based warehouse. You will also collaborate with wider internal teams to maintain strong supplier and customer relationships.

Your responsibilities
  • Receive hardware deliveries, check for accuracy and condition, store items appropriately, and process goods into internal systems.
  • Pick and prepare orders for shipment, including generating delivery notes and arranging outbound dispatch.
  • Liaise with coordination partners and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Process and dispatch non-physical orders as required.
  • Prepare point‑of‑sale reports and support administrative tasks.
  • Conduct regular stock counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ability to manage your own workload efficiently and accurately.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong customer‑focused mindset and ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Proficient IT skills and willingness to learn new systems quickly.
  • A proactive attitude, with ambition to grow and develop within the role.
  • Previous logistics or warehousing experience is beneficial but not essential.
