Litigation Legal Secretary – Up to €45k DOE - Dublin 2

Your new role

You will join a busy litigation team providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to fee earners. This is a fast-paced role where organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to manage competing priorities are essential.

Your responsibilities

  • Preparing, formatting, and proofreading legal documents including pleadings, correspondence, and court papers
  • Managing case files and ensuring all documentation is accurately maintained
  • Coordinating diaries, scheduling meetings, and tracking key litigation deadlines
  • Liaising with clients, court offices, barristers, and external stakeholders
  • Assisting with court filings and preparation of document bundles
  • Handling billing processes, including time entry and invoicing support
  • Managing general administrative tasks such as email, calls, and document management


What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience as a legal secretary, ideally within litigation
  • Strong understanding of legal procedures and court timelines
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with case management systems
  • Strong communication skills and a professional, client-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
