Senior Lettings Negotiator
Your New Role
Join a long-established and highly regarded residential property agency based in South Dublin, covering all of Dublin City and County along with parts of Kildare, Wicklow, and Meath. With over 25 years of success, this business has built a strong reputation through its personalised service and deep industry knowledge.
As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will play a key role in supporting and expanding a busy and successful lettings division. Working within a close-knit and experienced team, you will gain exposure to all facets of the business, providing excellent opportunities for continued professional growth and development.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day lettings activities, including property viewings, tenant check-ins and check-outs
- Prepare and administer leases, letters of engagement, and renewal documentation
- Advertise properties across platforms such as Daft.ie, MyHome.ie, and the company website
- Capture and upload property images for marketing purposes
- Handle routine queries and resolve any issues that arise within the lettings portfolio
- Provide holiday cover for colleagues as required
- Assist with front-of-office duties, including answering calls and greeting clients
- Carry out rental valuations in line with current legislation
- Contribute across departments (sales, lettings, and property management) during busy periods or staff absences, demonstrating a collaborative, team-focused approach
What You Will Need to Succeed
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in the property market
- A valid PSRA licence (essential)
- A full, clean driving licence
- Access to your own vehicle
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, team-oriented mindset
- A willingness to contribute beyond your core responsibilities when required

- A competitive salary package in the region of €45,000 per annum, dependent on experience
