Your new company is a well-established and respected legal practice based in Dublin, known for their commitment to excellence, client service, and professional integrity. As their firm continues to grow, they are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Legal Secretary to join their team and provide essential support to their solicitors and legal professionals.


Your new role

The Legal Secretary will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the legal team. This position requires a proactive individual with strong administrative skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced legal environment.


Your responsibilities
  • Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Manage solicitors’ diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate court dates and deadlines.
  • Liaise with clients, courts, and external stakeholders in a professional and confidential manner.
  • Maintain and organise physical and digital filing systems.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and post, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Assist with billing, time recording, and other administrative tasks as required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a legal secretary or legal administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management
