Your new role

As a Legal PA, you will provide proactive and high-quality administrative support to a busy team within the transactional services department. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while working closely with lawyers and business operations teams.


Your responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional client service by building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for lawyers.
  • Screen and prioritise communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence.
  • Prepare presentations, draft letters, and assist with document production and formatting.
  • Maintain accurate client files, ensuring compliance with firm procedures.
  • Support business development activities, including organising events, preparing client updates, and assisting with bids and proposals.
  • Assist with billing processes, financial queries, and project management tasks.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience as a Legal PA or in a similar professional services role.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with document management systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • A proactive, team-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
