Your new company is a commercial, semi-state body conveniently located in Dublin 2. They are accessible via public transport, including Dublin Bus, LUAS and Dart. They are looking for you to join them on a permanent basis.

The purpose of the role is to provide day-to-day legal assistance to the business units, in relation to a variety of property transactions and development arrangements. You will liaise with multiple counterparties and stakeholders.
You will negotiate, review and advise on draft documentation underpinning property transactions. You will also carry out, and advise on, appropriate property and transaction due diligence.

To succeed in your new role, you will have at least 5 years of post-qualified legal experience in a property or construction capacity. You will demonstrate the ability to provide practical legal advice. You will be a proactive problem-solver with the ability to navigate complex legal and commercial challenges.
