Your new role

• Monitor water network infrastructure using specialised equipment to measure pressure and flow.
• Detect leaks across the network and escalate findings to team leads for rapid intervention.
• Undertake unaccounted‑for water (UFW) reduction activities to support water conservation targets.
• Contribute to operational planning, standardised processes and overall performance culture.
• Participate in inspections, maintenance and repair coordination across regional network assets.
• Support continuous improvement and uphold organisational values centred on safety, teamwork and service delivery.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience in water network operations, utilities, field engineering or related environments.
• Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with diagnostic or monitoring equipment.
• Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative operational team.
• Commitment to safety, quality and consistent service delivery.
• Flexibility for out‑of‑hours work where required
