Your New Role
We are seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer to join a leading engineering contractor delivering large-scale mission-critical and industrial projects. You will play a key role in leading mechanical design, coordination, and project delivery while supporting multidisciplinary teams throughout the project life cycle.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate mechanical engineering activities across complex projects.
  • Manage design reviews, technical submissions, and client interactions.
  • Oversee mechanical installation quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Support project teams in resolving technical challenges and driving project delivery.
  • Mentor and provide guidance to engineers and designers within the team.

What You Will Need to Succeed
  • Degree qualified in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Proven experience in a Lead Mechanical Engineer or Senior Mechanical Engineer position.
  • Strong background delivering large-scale MEP, industrial, pharmaceutical, or data centre projects.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project environments.
