Hiring – L&D Coordinator – Cork-6 month contract
Job Title: L&D Coordinator
Location: Cork (Hybrid – 2 days on-site per week) Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Job Type: Contract Duration: 6 Months

Your New Role
As an L&D Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting training operations and workforce development initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating training activities and ensuring smooth execution across regions, while maintaining compliance and accuracy in reporting.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end coordination and scheduling of ProWorks activities
- Administration, tracking, and reporting of Lone Worker requirements
- Coordination of both technical and behavioural training programmes across multiple regions
- Ensuring accurate data management to support audit readiness and compliance
- Building strong working relationships with regional teams, subject-matter experts, and external suppliers
- Supporting multiple work streams and ensuring deadlines and priorities are effectively managed
What You'll Need to Succeed
- 2–3 years’ experience in a coordination role (e.g., L&D, HR, or recruitment coordination)
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with data management
- Advanced or strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in training coordination, compliance-focused environments, or safety-related programmes is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in the utilities sector is advantageous but not essential.
- A college degree is preferred, but not mandatory.
