Your new company

• As a junior Quantity Surveyor, you will report to the Senior Quantity Surveyor who reports to the Commercial Director and is responsible for commercial aspects of projects across various sectors.
• You will assist with the preparation of payment applications (Measure and Contract Variations) for payment to the client with full supporting documentation in accordance with the contract.
• You will help assist with agreement of final accounts with clients.
• Preparation of monthly CVR reports and cash flow reports
• Assisting with project tendering with the commercial team and establishment of project budgets.
• Establishing and maintaining risk registers, variation trackers and extension of time tracker sheets
• Liaise with procurement manager on subcontractor procurement and account reviews during a project.
• Look for opportunities to maximise revenue, reduce cost and identify and investigate losses.

• Degree qualification in Quantity Surveying
• Experience working as a Quantity Surveyor role on construction/civils projects
• Commercially astute
• 2+ years Experience
• Good communication skills, including presentations
