• Supporting the sales team in developing and managing relationships with retail and food service customers
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across retail, hospitality, and food service sectors
• Conducting client visits and product presentations
• Assisting with the management of existing customer accounts to ensure high levels of service and satisfaction
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Collaborating with internal teams such as production, logistics, and marketing to ensure effective order fulfilment
• Maintaining accurate sales reports, CRM records, and account documentation
• Supporting promotional activities, trade shows, and product launches as required

What you'll need to succeed

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• High levels of motivation, organisation, and willingness to learn
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong customer service focus and commercial awareness
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is beneficial.
• Full clean driving licence
