Job Title: IT Value & Performance Coordinator
Location: Cork, Ireland (Hybrid – 2 days on-site per week)
Salary: €45,000 per annum
Contract Type: 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract

Your new role
As an IT Value & Performance Coordinator, you will support governance, compliance, and performance tracking across IT functions. You will play a key role in ensuring that processes are aligned with internal policies and that teams consistently follow approved procedures.
Key duties will include:
  • Ensuring IT processes align with company policies and standards
  • Monitoring adherence to procedures such as change management and access controls
  • Identifying and reporting deviations, risks, or non-compliance issues
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to maintain governance and best practices
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:
  • A background in finance or accounting (part-qualified candidates will be considered)
  • A strong work ethic with a proactive and self-motivated approach
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical ability
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team
