Project coordinator | Perm | 3 days on-site/D.15 | €DOE - c.€60,000

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator / Administrator to support the successful delivery of projects within a dynamic operations environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects are executed efficiently, on time, and to a high standard.

Working closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams, you will help coordinate project activities, maintain documentation, track progress, and facilitate communication across stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Support

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and tracking project activities across multiple initiatives
  • Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and document key outcomes and action items
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation for tracking and audit purposes
  • Monitor project progress and proactively follow up on outstanding or delayed tasks
  • Support stakeholders throughout project life cycles, including planning, execution, and issue resolution.
  • Log, track, and help mitigate risks and issues, escalating where appropriate
  • Assist in resource coordination and risk management activities
  • Support organisational change control processes

Project Management & Reporting

  • Participate in project meetings and contribute status updates
  • Assist in preparing reports and updates for senior stakeholders, including sponsors
  • Support documentation reviews and ensure adherence to governance standards
  • Help resolve project-related queries and process challenges

Continuous Improvement

  • Contribute ideas to enhance project delivery processes and efficiency
  • Capture and document lessons learnt from projects
  • Support the evolution of tools, practices, and methodologies to improve outcomes


What We’re Looking For

Experience & Technical Skills

  • 2–5 years’ experience supporting projects in a coordination or administrative capacity
  • Familiarity with project management tools and systems (experience with modern work management platforms is desirable)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of budgeting concepts and financial tracking
  • Exposure to technical or infrastructure environments is advantageous but not essential.
