IT Product Owner - Cork – 3 days WFO - Flexible

What you'll be working on
You’ll take ownership of IT products within Corporate Functions, focusing on Finance and HR systems across multiple brands. This includes managing a team of Business Analysts, overseeing vendors, driving innovation, and delivering projects that align with enterprise architecture. You’ll handle roadmap planning, budget tracking, and ensure smooth handover to BAU support, all while mentoring your team and collaborating with stakeholders to prioritise initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed
  • IT-oriented degree
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Business Analysis and/or Product Ownership
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT Project Management or Programme Delivery
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in requirements gathering
  • Proven track record in innovation, roadmap planning, and budget responsibility
  • Experience managing vendors and hybrid teams
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, QA, and information security
Knowledge of applications such as Oracle, MS Business Central, Blackline, SAP Concur, Anaplan, Basware, DIDOS, TrueCommerce, Change management and transformation experience, familiarity with methodologies like Agile, Kanban, DevOps, and Waterfall, PM qualification and ability to position cost-effective solutions are desirable.
