The Role
As IT Operations Manager, you will own the performance, security, and reliability of the IT environment, with full accountability for service quality and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day IT operations, ensuring uptime and performance

• Manage incidents, problems, and change processes

• Act as SME across the Microsoft stack (Azure, Entra ID, AD, Intune, M365, Defender)

• Maintain security across identity, endpoints, and cloud platforms

• Manage MSPs/MSSPs, holding them accountable to SLAs and KPIs

• Support governance, compliance (ISO 27001), and audit readiness

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT Operations / Service Management

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID/AD, Intune, Defender

• Experience working with outsourced IT models (MSP/MSSP)

• Exposure to ISO 27001 or similar frameworks

• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills

• Degree in IT (or similar) + Microsoft certifications (or equivalent experience)
