A global industrial technology company is seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead its infrastructure and information security operations across IT and OT environments. This hands-on role ensures network performance, system reliability, and security compliance across international sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead global IT infrastructure and security strategy

• Manage networks, data centres, and cloud services

• Oversee patching, compliance, and disaster recovery planning

• Support OT environments and production systems

• Drive continuous improvement and technology upgrades

• Coordinate business continuity and incident response

• Develop and enforce data privacy and security policies
  
  Requirements:

• 5+ years in infrastructure/network management with leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of IT systems, cloud services, and security tools

• Experience in compliance, risk management, and project delivery

• Skilled in Active Directory, VMWare, Veeam, Azure, Office 365

• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  
  Education:
  

• Degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
