IT Infrastructure Manager | Permanent | Fully onsite in Shannon, Co. Clare | €95k + Benefits

Are you ready to take ownership of global IT infrastructure and security? This is a fantastic opportunity to lead strategy, innovation, and resilience for a dynamic organisation with a strong international footprint.

What you'll do:
  • Drive the vision/execution of IT Infrastructure and Information Security Initiatives across IT and OT environments.
  • Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and optimised for performance.
  • Lead disaster recovery, business continuity, and risk management strategies.
  • Collaborate with leadership teams to shape technology architecture and security policies.
  • Champion improvements in infrastructure, processes, and governance while introducing cutting-edge technologies.

    What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years in infrastructure and network management with leadership experience.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, security frameworks, and compliance standards.
  • Expertise in risk assessment, continuity planning, and governance.
  • Hands-on experience with technologies like VPN, Cloud Services, Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Azure, and more.
  • Excellent leadership, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
