Your New Role
As an HVAC Technician for our client, you will be responsible for maintaining mechanical and electrical equipment for commercial HVAC systems at facilities by conducting proactive performance testing and ongoing scheduled maintenance.
This job is part of the Engineering and Technical Services function, providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, adjust, and maintain small electric or pneumatic control systems used for building operations, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and equipment.
- Conduct ongoing maintenance on building HVAC equipment to ensure proper operation and compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, and safety requirements.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures and determine the best course of action for equipment modifications.
- Use existing procedures to solve straightforward problems, with limited opportunity to exercise discretion.
- Complete clearly defined duties, methods, and tasks as outlined.
- Deliver high-quality work by following established procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Relevant trade qualification, supported by 1–2 years of hands-on experience in a related field.
- A blend of experience and education will also be considered. A valid driving licence is required.
- Ability to follow established work procedures and standard operating practices.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to share information accurately.
- Proficiency with basic Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
What You Will Receive
- Salary ranging from €45,000 - €56,000 (DOE)
