Your new role

As an HVAC Design Engineer, you will support the design and delivery of HVAC and building services projects from concept through to commissioning. Working closely with senior engineers, you will gain exposure to design, site work, and client-facing project delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting with HVAC system design across conceptual, basic, and detailed stages

• Producing technical drawings using AutoCAD/Revit and preparing specifications

• Supporting commissioning, testing, and handover documentation

• Conducting site surveys, troubleshooting design issues, and assisting with resolution

• Contributing to energy efficiency projects, including retrofit initiatives

• Coordinating with subcontractors and supporting project scheduling and budgets

• Carrying out energy analysis, reporting, and system performance reviews

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Building Services or related discipline

• Understanding of HVAC fundamentals (thermodynamics, fluid dynamics, refrigeration)

• Experience or exposure to AutoCAD; Revit/3D design skills

• Strong technical aptitude with excellent attention to detail

• Good communication skills and client-focused approach

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
