Join a leading business based in Limerick with a strong focus on sustainability, collaboration, and technical excellence. The company is experiencing continued growth and is now seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner to support its expanding workforce.
Your new role
As HR Business Partner, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the business. You will work closely with senior leaders and line managers to provide expert guidance on all HR matters including, employee relations, performance management, and talent development. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, employee engagement, and talent development.
- Lead on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with Irish employment law and best practice.
- Lead recruitment and onboarding processes
- Drive initiatives around diversity, equity, and inclusion, and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Proven experience in a HRBP or Senior HR generalist role.
- Strong knowledge of Irish employment legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
- CIPD qualification or equivalent is desired.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
