Your new role
- Talent Strategy & Intellectual Capital: Own and lead the site’s Intellectual Capital process, ensuring a robust approach to recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and succession planning.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Anticipate workforce trends and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent, while reinforcing best-in-class hiring practices.
- Compensation & Benefits: Partner with corporate teams to ensure competitive, equitable pay structures and deliver recognition programs that celebrate success.
- Performance & Development: Drive performance management processes and deliver tailored training programs to support growth and capability building.
- Employee Relations & Compliance: Lead investigations, ensure compliance with employment laws, and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
- Operational Excellence: Collaborate with leadership to execute talent strategies aligned with business goals, champion continuous improvement, and engage directly with teams on the shop floor.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum 7 years’ HR experience in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to multi-country regulations (UK, France, Germany).
- Strong background across core HR disciplines: employee relations, compensation, performance management, and talent development.
- Proven ability to influence senior leaders and deliver strategic HR solutions in a fast-paced, results-driven culture.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Degree required; Master’s preferred.
