Your new role

As HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, aligning HR strategy with business objectives to drive organizational change and profitable growth. You’ll lead initiatives across workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement, ensuring the business has the right people in the right roles at the right time.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Talent Strategy & Intellectual Capital: Own and lead the site’s Intellectual Capital process, ensuring a robust approach to recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Anticipate workforce trends and implement innovative strategies to attract top talent, while reinforcing best-in-class hiring practices.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Partner with corporate teams to ensure competitive, equitable pay structures and deliver recognition programs that celebrate success.
  • Performance & Development: Drive performance management processes and deliver tailored training programs to support growth and capability building.
  • Employee Relations & Compliance: Lead investigations, ensure compliance with employment laws, and maintain a positive, inclusive workplace culture.
  • Operational Excellence: Collaborate with leadership to execute talent strategies aligned with business goals, champion continuous improvement, and engage directly with teams on the shop floor.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 7 years’ HR experience in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to multi-country regulations (UK, France, Germany).
  • Strong background across core HR disciplines: employee relations, compensation, performance management, and talent development.
  • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and deliver strategic HR solutions in a fast-paced, results-driven culture.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Degree required; Master’s preferred.
