Act as the first point of contact for all HR-related queries, ensuring timely and professional resolution. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, offers, and onboarding. Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and documentation in line with GDPR and company policy. Ensure compliance with Irish employment law and health & safety regulations. Performance Management:
Support managers with performance reviews, disciplinary procedures, and development plans. Liaise with finance/payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing. Coordinate training needs and support employee development initiatives. Prepare HR metrics and reports for management as required. Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and consistently applied.

Proven experience in a HR role, ideally within manufacturing or industrial sectors. Strong knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite. CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.
