HR Operations Lead – Up to €75,000 DOE - Dublin West – Fixed Term Contract

Your new role

You will join a leading organisation in the construction sector as HR Operations Lead, responsible for managing and improving HR processes across multiple projects. This is a fixed-term contract based at the company’s head office, offering an opportunity to lead a high-performing HR operations team and contribute to strategic HR initiatives.

Your responsibilities
  • Lead and streamline HR processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and governance.
  • Manage and mentor the HR Operations team, driving continuous improvement and professional development.
  • Oversee HR data management, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and robust reporting.
  • Prepare monthly HR reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
  • Act as a key point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance to managers and promoting best practice.
  • Support HR projects, including Diversity & Inclusion and Continuous Professional Development initiatives.
  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration, ensuring error-free processing and compliance.
  • Build strong relationships with external vendors and optimise service delivery.
  • Influence stakeholders at all levels to adopt key HR recommendations.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in HR operations, governance, and data management.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and ability to present at senior leadership level.
  • Proactive and creative approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and process-oriented mindset.
  • Strong HRIS experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage complex challenges and deliver under pressure.
