Your new role

You will be working closely with the HR Manager and supporting the delivery of a full range of HR services across the organisation.
This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for supporting managers of other departments in resolving employee issues, and contributing to a high-performing workforce.
Key responsibilities will include:
  • Acting as a trusted HR member to managers and team leads
  • Managing employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, investigations, and conflict resolution
  • Providing clear, practical HR advice in line with Irish employment legislation
  • Supporting and managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including meeting hiring managers, defining requirements, and coordinating interviews and contract arrangements
  • Supporting the full employee life cycle, including onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
  • Attending meetings with stakeholders and presenting HR updates and insights where required
  • Building strong working relationships across teams and supporting a positive workplace culture
  • Identifying opportunities to improve HR processes and contribute to ongoing HR initiatives
This is a fully on-site role with flexible working hours available, and part-time candidates are also welcome to apply.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong experience handling employee relations matters independently
  • Experience managing recruitment processes end-to-end
  • Reliable knowledge of Irish employment law and HR best practice
  • Confidence in communicating with stakeholders and presenting in meetings
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • You will be comfortable working in a hands-on environment and building strong relationships across the organisation.
