Your new role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and communicative HR Project Support Officer to assist with Local Authority (LA) employee transfers. This role involves conducting 1:1 meetings to explain Terms & Conditions, managing transfer-related queries, coordinating contract requests, validating mapping data, and tracking onboarding progress. You’ll support project communications, travel as needed, and build strong relationships with LA HR departments and regional teams. The ideal candidate will be confident in communicating via phone, Zoom, and in person, able to handle a high volume of conversations, and skilled at managing sensitive HR information with precision and professionalism.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have a can-do attitude with a collaborative approach to teamwork. Operationally strong, confident on the phone, and highly attentive to detail. Experienced in handling sensitive personal information with full awareness of GDPR requirements. Skilled at managing high volumes of candidates and effectively prioritising workload to meet project deadlines.
