Our client is a leading Irish semi-state service provider. They are committed to growth, innovation and sustainability continues to be top of their agenda. They are now looking for a HR Generalist to join their team on a 9-month contract basis to support a major employee transfer project.

Your new role

You will play a key role in managing HR processes related to employee transfers. Responsibilities include conducting one-to-one meetings to communicate terms and conditions, handling transfer queries, managing contract requests, validating mapping, and supporting onboarding progress. You will also liaise with regional teams and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in handling sensitive HR information.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organisational and time-management abilities, and the capacity to manage high volumes of queries. A minimum of 3 years’ HR experience at generalist level is required. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, demonstrate attention to detail, and be GDPR-aware. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience managing sensitive data are essential.
