Your new company is a not-for-profit organisation with its headquarters based in Dublin City Centre and also operates nationwide. They employ more than 200 employees nationwide. This organisation has a strong social mission and plays a key role in the community. This organisation is seeking an HR Business Partner to offer strategic and operational HR support across Ireland inline with company strategy.

Your new role

Acting as a trusted partner, your new role will involve the following:

• Develop strong, trusted relationships with stakeholders, providing guidance across employee relations, talent management, organisational effectiveness, workforce planning, engagement, and diversity & inclusion.
• Provide accurate, current employment law advice in order to mitigate potential organisational risks.
• Lead and implement strategic HR programmes, including succession planning, retention initiatives, recruitment, resourcing, etc.
• Coach and support managers and employees to ensure HR practices are compliant with employment legislation.
• Be the primary HR contact for employee-related matters.
• Oversee HR elements of organisational change.
• Support core HR processes.
• Contribute to organisational reporting by preparing HR and Board-level metrics.
• Demonstrate adaptability to meet organisational needs.

What you'll need to succeed

You will have a minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role. You will hold an HR related qualification. You will have interpersonal and communication skills. You will have strong planning and organisation skills. You will be a strategic business partner and have strong project management experience. You will have a strong knowledge of Irish Employee Law.

What you'll get in return

You will receive a salary of €60,000- €80,000. You will have of hybrid working. You will be eligible for company pension and healthcare.
